It appears as though neither you nor the seller did anything wrong. If you want the jersey, resubmit another offer. I dare say this wont be the last time an offer of yours is rejected. It happens to everyone.

He might of been trying to sell it for what he paid and didn't want to take a loss.

he might also have thought he could take advantage of a new collector

also keep in mind that the jersey market is an abortion right now. the buyers have all the power
so unless you had your heart set on this particular jersey, there are many good buys to be had |

To me - Kaspar, Mush and Bru jerseys would tend to run more that the "Few Hundred Dollars" that you were looking to spend in your first post. So if your offer was on those - I could see a seller not wanting $300 for any of those jerseys. ON the other hand, there are lot of shirts to choose from out there not on your want list, if those would still pass for you. Good luck! Scott |

I have 3 Kaspar jerseys and the lowest I've ever paid was $350 for a Hartford Wolfpack shirt. I paid quite a bit more for one of his Avs shirts and the Islanders rookie shirt I have. Good luck in your search.
